Everything over a size 24. I am a size 26ish well probably a 28 but I can't find nice attractive trendy stuff in Canada. I have to do all of my shopping in the states (at the Avenue in Burlington and in Lane Bryant in Bellingham). I don't mind the trip, but when you just want to pop in and get a cute "bar shirt" (or the something similar), you can't get one. Penningtons makes me gag and is only good for cheap pajamas. The are right back into the fat old lady applique stuff. Their MXM line looks nothing like slimmer 20 somethings are wearing, they still insist on over embellishment and sparkles. I want clothes in my size that Old Navy, or the Gap would sell. I am frustrated!!!!!!

My sister is getting married next month and my mom can't find anything to wear. She doesn't want to look old ladyish, too formal or too casual, but she can't seem to find anything she likes in her size (16). Does anyone have any ideas of where to shop for nice plus- size dresses/ skirts/ blazer combinations in Vancouver?
